If you are a career adviser who is already working or willing to work with disadvantaged groups and want to make an impact in their lives, then you are exactly where you need to be.
Career advisers play a valuable role in the life of individuals who seek guidance for their future. It is even more important for disadvantaged groups seeking improvement of their employability and facilitation of their inclusion in both the labor market and society.
A career adviser will assist other individuals in making realistic choices regarding their education, training, and career by helping them obtain the necessary knowledge, information, skills, and experience.
Additionally, disadvantaged groups require more targeted guidance for their future career planning. These groups might include unemployed individuals, NEETS, migrants, refugees, economically inactive women, prisoners, ex-prisoners, etc.
